Indoors, the remaining homes in the Summit at River Run offer 2,627 sq. ft. of open living space on two levels and a two-car garage with an alley-entry on a lower level. Each home features a classic exterior with a front porch entry. A spacious owner’s oasis fills one corner of the main level, complete with a large bath with a spa-like shower and double sinks. An airy, light-filled fireside great room; gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops and center island; and a dining area that opens to the outside living space are also on the main level.

Upstairs, a loft area provides flexible living space that is often used as a home office or media room. Two additional suites offer sleeping space, private baths and walk-in closets. Another home-looker surprise for these city homes is the amount of finished and unfinished storage. Space is set aside on each level, including an attic on the second level.
