Our Process

At Peachtree our building process is one that is intentionally designed to deliver homebuyer satisfaction and quality.

At Peachtree, our goal is to build quality homes that are consistent with your dreams and visions, homes that will stand the test of time. Our process begins with developing home designs that are modern and consistent with the latest trends, yet enduring and timeless.

The Peachtree team, including our sales and construction personnel, share this commitment to quality and your ultimate satisfaction. They understand how to help you determine the right homesite, home design, floorplan, and options so that this home meets your requirements.

Quality Assurance And Inspections

Our homebuilding process includes a minimum of six meetings as we work to provide consistent communications between you and your builder team throughout the building process.

Most notably, each Peachtree home is inspected an independently and licensed Structural Engineer for foundation, framing and structural integrity. Additionally, after each stage of construction, the project manager completes a detailed quality review. This includes a complete review prior to the homeowner orientation meeting.
A summary of our inspections and conferences is as follows:

  • Pre-Construction Conference
  • Structural Inspection
  • Pre-Drywall Orientation
  • Homeowner Pre-Settlement Orientation – Orientation
  • Final Sign-Off (Pre-Settlement)
  • Post Closing Review
  • Final Warranty Review (1 Year After Closing)

During your homeowner orientation meeting the builder will explain more about warranties/ care for your new home and address any questions you may have at that time.
